Our Approach:
Understanding the importance of showcasing Knauf’s operations and company culture, we planned and executed a content shoot across two key locations: Knauf’s plaster production plant and the factory where plasterboard panels and blocks are manufactured. Our approach included:

  • Pre-Production Planning: We worked closely with Knauf to identify key messaging points and the most effective ways to capture the essence of their operations. This included planning for interviews with current employees to provide authentic insights into life at Knauf.
  • Videography & Photography:
    • Location 1: Plaster Production Plant: We captured the intricate process of plaster production, highlighting the state-of-the-art technology and the skilled workforce behind it. Interviews were conducted with employees, allowing them to share their experiences and enthusiasm for working at Knauf.
    • Location 2: Plasterboard Panels and Blocks Factory: Here, we focused on the manufacturing process of plasterboard panels and blocks, showcasing the scale of operations and the teamwork involved. Additional interviews were conducted to provide a comprehensive view of the opportunities available at Knauf.
  • Interviews: A key component of this project was the inclusion of employee testimonials. By featuring interviews with workers from various departments, we were able to convey a genuine sense of community and professional growth within Knauf. These personal stories were crucial in connecting with potential candidates on an emotional level.
  • Post-Production: The footage and images were carefully edited to create compelling content that would resonate with Knauf’s target audience. The final videos blended dynamic visuals of the production processes with heartfelt employee testimonials, creating a powerful narrative about working at Knauf.

The result

The content produced for Knauf’s recruitment campaign was successfully integrated into their HR marketing strategy. The videos and photographs effectively communicated the benefits of working at Knauf, helping to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates. The use of real employee stories added authenticity and relatability, which played a significant role in the campaign’s success.
